Hello, my name is Eva.

I came into contact with Agile 20 years ago. It hasn’t let go of me since. I was head of department in methodology and had thus also dealt with learning companies, software development and many other things. My experience with hierarchy led me towards Agile Leadership as a better alternative. I have a MSc in Project Management. The topic dealt with the differences and similarities between sequential and agile project management. Corporate culture and thus people are the most important factor with which companies can reduce their problems and increase their profits. As an Olympic athlete, I was familiar with many agile principles and practices early on, even before they arrived in the business world. Transformational leadership is about developing employees so that they can do their own work better among other things. Leader and manager are two completely different tasks. Manager is a job that is given to you, including the formal power through the hierarchical position. Leader is a role. The power (this time informal) is based on acceptance by the employees. This acceptance must be earned, for example, through their trust.
